Refund policy

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at support@amborahome.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, no return needed.

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For damaged or defective items, we cover everything.
